Sales Director Role

Job Summary

As the Sales Director at Spresso, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets, adapting quickly to market changes and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives, creating a cohesive and agile approach to sales.
  • Analyze comprehensive sales data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Regularly report on sales activities and results to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast sales opportunities to meet and exceed quota objectives.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Retail SaaS sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Compensation

$110,000 - $160,000 / year
