Junior FP&A Analyst Role

Job Summary
As our first dedicated Finance hire, you'll play a vital role in supporting our company's financial operations. You'll work closely with leadership to gather data, maintain financial models, conduct market research, and assist with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
You Will
- Maintain and update financial models for forecasting revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards.
- Assist with the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Research and analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and produce content for fundraising and other pitch decks.
- Collect and organize financial data, ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed with a focus on SAAS KPI including ARR, churn, NRR, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in FP&A or a similar analytical role.
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation
$78,000 - $92,000 / year
